Mission Statement
The Buffalo Chicken Wing Council promotes the consumption of chicken wings as one of America’s favorite iconic delicacies enjoyed by foodies all over the World and supports all entities and organizations involved in the production, distribution, sales and consumption of wings. The council also strives to grow the industry as a whole and create events to increase the popularity and celebration of chicken wings.
The Council also serves as the Oversight Committee for National Chicken Wing Month.
